This site is very small, steep and cross-leased. Having to cope with over reactive neighbours was done with great tact and diplomacy by him.

Sanjesh, with his Civil Engineering background, was able to appreciate the design that our Architect had produced for this site. He was able to see the advantages of using the steel framing and Hebel flooring. Other building companies were unable or unwilling to do so.

We have been greatly impressed by him and his team with their cheerful "can do" attitude in building for us our great new home.

Deciding to choose a builder from whom you want to have the quality, integrity and personality is not easy to find these days, we had been around to a few builders before we got referred to Keola Homes by a reputable architect.

 And we must say that we found the above within him. Sanjesh, from day one showed that he can deliver how we wanted our dream home to be.

He was very upfront with how he did his costing and also advised that he will be very flexible unlike other builders out there. And he has delivered just that.

We have had good contact over the period of the construction and he regularly kept us up to date on the progress and advising where we could save a bit of money... The biggest advantage was Sanjesh being a "Civil Engineer" and this was the added bonus for the entire project...

The other deciding factor for us to choose Keola Homes was that they are a member of the Master Builders Federation and to top it up, they recently won a Master Builder House of the Year Award!
